All payments must be made with a valid credit card. We accept most major credit cards, including, but not limited to, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Other cards such as debit cards are not accepted.

Please ensure to provide the exact billing address affiliated with your credit card.

Below are some tips for entering your banking information:

​1. When entering your address information, please make sure to enter the full address. For example: 123 Smith Road, instead of 123 Smith Rd.

2. Make sure to not hit the space key at the end of each entry. For example: do not hit the space key after entering in your surname.

3. Use an updated version of either Chrome or Firefox. You can download the latest versions HERE.

Since we are a Canadian company, some banks in other countries may block your payment in order to prevent fraud. If you reside outside of Canada, you may need to contact your bank to ensure that your payment is authorized.
