Program Fee Waiver (PFW) codes are used by a small subset of programs that have requested to absorb the Acuity Insights Assessments fee for their applicants. Programs providing PFW codes will communicate this directly to their applicants via email.

Acuity Insights does not provide Program Fee Waiver codes to applicants.

PFW codes will only cover the applicable Acuity Insights Assessments fees for that particular program. PFW codes are associated with applicant email addresses and can only be used one time. Applicants are responsible for any other fees associated with additional programs.

The Program Fee Waiver (PFW) codes can be applied at Step 6 on the Reservation Summary, after you have selected the programs you want to distribute your Acuity Insights results to and before you proceed to the payment section.
