We are unable to accommodate individual schedules. All test dates and distribution deadlines are pre-arranged with academic programs.

When travelling, please arrange to have access to a computer, webcam, and reliable internet connection that passes the System Requirements Check found in the Casper section of your Acuity Insights account.

If you are unable to take the test due to school or work, please speak with your professor/supervisor to explain the high stakes nature of the Casper test so that you can be available.

Once you've reserved a Casper test, you’ll be able to change the scheduled date or time (even if your scheduled test date has passed) as long as additional tests are available. You can browse program information and test dates on our Dates and Fees page.

If you are unsure how to reschedule your Casper test, you can follow the instructions provided in our Reschedule Your Casper Test article. Starting in the 2023-2024 admissions cycle, all applicants are subject to a $20 rescheduling fee should they choose to reschedule within the 30 days before or any time after their scheduled Casper test.
