Getting ready to begin your Casper test? Here’s how to access and start your test smoothly.
Log in to your Acuity Insights account 30 minutes before your scheduled test time. This gives you time to settle in and check your computer.
Go to Casper testing page. You’ll see a countdown timer showing when the test will begin.
When the timer reaches zero, a “Start” button will appear. Click it to begin.
💡 If you do not see the button, click “Go to Casper” or refresh the page.
⚠️ Important:
You have 15 minutes to click the “Start” button once it appears.
If you miss this window, you’ll need to reschedule your test (if another test date is available). Rescheduling after the scheduled date may incur a fee.
