This article will talk you through how to manually send out a confirmation message to your patients about their appointment.
A confirmation messafe is the inital message which gets sent to your patients once their appointment has been booked. You are able to either send this message as an email or text message. Emails through the software are completely free of charge, where as SMS are at a chargeable rate.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, click to enter the diary.
Step 2 :
From the diary, you will need to start by booking an appointment into the diary but selecting the new appointment button.
Step 3 :
You will then need to complete your booking with date, time, practitioner and treatment details. From there, you will find 2 confirmation buttons which you can tick to select how you would like the confirmation message to be sent, either a text message or email.

Step 4 :
Once happy with the appointment details and how the confirmation is being sent, hit submit.
