This article will talk you through how to change how your confirmation message is being sent to your patients through ANS.
A confirmation is the inital message which gets sent to your patients once their appointment has been booked. You are able to send this as an email or text message, email reminders are completely free of charge, whereas texts come at a chargeable rate.
You may wish to change the way your confirmation message is being sent if you feel the way you currently are is not as effective.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, click to enter settings.
Step 2 :
Once in settings, head to notification settings under the heading notifications.
Step 3 :
In the notification settings area, you will be brought to the upcoming appointment section, where you will see the confirmation section. In here, you will just need to change which option is ticked to either email, text or both.
Step 4 :
Once happy with your changes, hit save and this will change the way the confirmation message is being sent to your patients.
