This article will talk you through how to send a marketing message out to all of your patients through Aesthetic Nurse Software.
A marketing message can be send out as an email or text message through ANS. This style of message is great in keeping your patients informed about your clinic in monthly newsletters or sending out your treatment availablity for the rest of the month.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into reports.
Step 2 :
Once in reports, head into the marketing reports area.
Step 3 :
Then in the marketing reports section you will find different options to send a message out to your patients. But to send one out to everyone within the software you just need to head into patient details.
Step 4 :
You will then be able to select if you would like to send the message as an email or a text message.
Step 5 :
Once in this section you will be able to select if you would like the message to go out to everyone within the software (include) or just the patients that excepted the marketing preferences (exclude)
The marketing preferences for a patient are set when the record is created within the software.
Step 6 :
You can then filter down your message to only go to a specific clinic or specific treatment if you would like. Alternatively, you can leave these sections blank if you would like the message to just go out to everyone.
Step 7 :
Then you have the subject of what you would like the email to say.
Step 8 :
After you have the main text box where you can enter the main body of your message to your patients.
Step 9 :
Finally, if you would like you are able to attach a file to the email.
Step 10 :
The when happy hit send, this will then send the email out to the number of patients stated.
