This article will talk you through how to send an email or a text message to a specific patient through Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You may wish to send an individual text message or email to your patient about a treatment plan you have discussed or about their upcoming appointment.
To learn how to send this specific message to your patients, follow our steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to patient records.
Step 2 :
Then you will need to select the specific patient you are looking to message.
Step 3 :
Once in the specific patient record, you will find a send email button and a send SMS button. Depending on how you would like to send the message, you will need to select either option.
Emails through ANS are free of charge, whereas SMS come at a chargeable rate.
Step 4 :
Once you have selected your communication option. You can then add your main information into the box. First you have the email name (if sending an email)
Step 5 :
Then you have the main body of the email or text message to the patient.
If you are sending a text message, 1 credit is 160 characters.
Step 6 :
If you are sending an email to your patient you then have the option to attach a file to the email.
Step 7 :
Once happy with your message, you can then send this to your patient.
