Medical Clearance and Duty of Care letters are essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of candidates. These documents confirm that a person is medically fit to perform the requested components of a medical and ultimately reducing the risk of workplace incidents and supporting both employer obligations and employee health.
Ensuring that the correct process is followed for Medical Clearance helps KINNECT manage assessments efficiently.
1.Contact KINNECT
When an assessment is ceased for medical clearance, please notify KINNECT promptly by contacting us at pepresults@kinnect.com.au. Include all relevant information in your communication, such as the applicant's details and the reason for clearance.
2. Inform the Applicant
Advise the applicant that KINNECT will contact them to provide the required medical clearance letter.
3. KINNECT Coordination
KINNECT will coordinate directly with the applicant to ensure they are supported throughout the process. Once the clearance is reviewed and approved by our Chief Medical Officer, KINNECT will contact you to schedule the remaining assessments.
Important Note: NON-CARDIAC demanding tasks can still be completed on the day such Medical History, Medical examination, Vision, Audio, Instant DAS and/or Musculoskeletal Screen, Range of Motion, Positional Tolerance.
