How to verify an applicant's ID on Carelever forms.

Before you can commence filling a form, you will now need to either:

  1. Verify identification documents during the assessment

    OR

  2. Verify that the Identification presented in the assessment matches the system details.

You will be unable to proceed further until this step is complete.

  • In the situation where the system details do not match the identity documents provided during the assessment, you will have the ability to edit and record the correct details or modify the image (in case it may be blurred or incorrect).

We’ve made these changes to improve the accuracy of the ID verification process and hopefully save time for you during assessments.

How this looks on Carelever Forms:

  1. Referrals where no ID has previously been uploaded.

Before you are able to start to fill a form, you will first need to complete the ID Verification. In the personal details of the referral, it will state ‘No identification uploaded yet. Upload’. You will be unable to do anything else until this step is complete.

Click Upload to begin.

The Referral Identification pop-up will appear:

You can:

  • Select the ID Type

  • Enter the Identification Number and other details

  • Upload an Image/s (one or more, depending on the ID type provided).

  • Click Add Identification

  • Save Changes

Then you can begin to fill the form as per normal.

2. Referrals where the ID HAS been previously uploaded

Where an employer or candidate has already uploaded the identify documents, in the Personal identification details, the IDENTIFICATION section will state what ID has been provided and ask you to VERIFY.

Click Verify:

Now you can review the ID.

  • View the Front and Back (depending on the ID type).

  • It will ask you to confirm that the ID exactly matches the following details.

  • If it matches select yes and Update & Verify.

  • If the details DO NOT MATCH, select No and enter the details as they appear on the ID.

  • Click Update & Verify.

Once complete, you will be able to commence filling the form.
