A guide to our expectations for results and turn around times for Affiliate clinics.

How quickly should results be returned?

Please ensure that all results from an appointment are submitted via Carelever Forms no later than 2 hours after completing the assessment.

Alternatively, if the service has been conducted using printed paperwork, please scan and email this paperwork to pepresults@kinnect.com.au.

All results must only be submitted via Carelever Forms or emailed to pepresults@kinnect.com.au (unless it is required by Government Legislation, e.g. Commercial Drivers Medical.)

Please ensure that results are not discussed with or supplied to the candidate. In situations where the candidate is eager to receive their results, it is essential to be clear that you are only the examining practitioner and are capturing information for the Employer to decide on whether they are successful in the role.

Please notify KINNECT if there will be a delay in sending the results. Our fast turnaround times set us apart from our competitors, so we expect our affiliates to help us meet our client's expectations. As health care providers, keeping our clients happy by guaranteeing prompt service will ensure we create lasting, successful relationships.
