Upon receiving a confirmation email from KINNECT confirming the applicant's appointment details, the applicant's appointment will instantly then be available in the Carelever Affiliate Portal.
Once you have logged in to your Carelever Affiliate Portal, the home page of the portal will automatically display the appointments scheduled for the current date. Across the top of the home page, you will see additional tabs for appointments that are 'Tomorrow', 'This Week', ' Next Week' and 'Overdue'. (Refer to screenshot below)
Today = Appointments that are booked at your clinic on the current date.
Tomorrow = Appointments that are booked at your clinic tomorrow.
This Week = Appointments booked at your clinic for the current week (Mon - Sun).
Next Week = Appointments booked at your clinic the following week (Mon - Sun).
Overdue = Past appointments that have incomplete Carelever Forms or outstanding actions required by your clinic.
Once you have identified the upcoming appointment you are searching for and which category it falls into 'Today', 'Tomorrow', 'This Week', ' Next Week' or 'Overdue', you will then be able to locate the appointment on the relevant tab, along with viewing the components that are booked at your clinic which are listed underneath the applicant's name.
