Class List Screen
Updated over a week ago

The class list screen is where you can view a list of classes for each Akada Online session. Here you are able to perform multiple tasks such as adding a class, entering attendance, or a deleting class. The list may be sorted in various ways or filtered to show classes with a specific alphabetical grouping to help make classes easier.

ClassList

Class Session - Use the drop down menu at the top of the screen to change the class list from one session to another.

Sorting & Filtering Tools - Use the options listed above the class list to change the way the class list is sorted or to narrow the list down to a smaller group. These tools can make finding a specific class in the list much easier. You may also use a drop-down menu on the right side of the screen (not pictured) to control the number of classes displayed on the screen at one time.

Add Class - To add a class to the session click on the + Class button listed at the top of the class list. The button on the left of the screen will expand a section on the existing screen and allow you to input the basics of the class information. This is typically the faster route when adding a lot of new classes. If you need a more detailed look then click the + Class option on the right side of the page. This will take you to a screen specific to the class you are wanting to add.

Quick Links - We have provided several quick links for the more common functions from the class page.

  • Attendance - This link will allow you to jump straight into the attendance function without having to click on the class page and scrolling to find it.

  • Edit Class - Here you can make changes to the basic class information (days, times, teachers, etc...) without having to leave the class list screen.

  • Delete Class - This link allows you to easily delete a class without leaving the class list page. It is a two-step process to help minimize deleting classes by accident.

*If you do not see a session visible in the drop down menu go the Edit Session screen under Session Management. The session may have been hidden from the list which can be changed by simply changing the Display setting on this page.
