The Waitlisted section of the class information screen gives you the ability to view or manage the waitlist for the class. Here you see who is currently waitlisted, read any notes as to the reason, add additional students, and of course enroll students into the class from the waitlist.
To Add Students to the Waitlist:
From the class information page click view to expand the waitlist section of the screen.
Click the + Waitlist button located on the left side of the section.
A window will appear with your list of students.*
Click the Waitlist link located to the right of the student's name.
Enter any important notes if desired and then click Add With Note.
If you do not wish to add a note simply click Add Without Note.
*You may change the way the list of student names is sorted or which statuses appear using the drop-down menus at the top of the student list window (they are not included in the image above).

Managing the Class Waitlist:
Enroll - The enroll link listed to the right of the student name (image 1) allows you to add the student to the class roster. You will receive a notice if a conflict exists with one of the student's other classes.
Remove - To simply remove the student from the waitlist click the link to the right of the student's name. No other action will be taken.
Edit - Clicking the edit link allows you to make changes to the waitlist notes to the date that the student was added to the waitlist.
