I just downloaded the app! Which program should I start with?

Welcome to Alive! Each program in the Alive app has a description stating what sets it apart from other Alive programs and what some of the common goals that can be attained in the program such as maximum strength, muscular hypertrophy, muscular endurance, mobility, cardio, and even HIIT. Look through the programs to find what fits your goals best and remember you can always leave one Alive program and start a new one if it doesn’t fit what you are looking for right now.
