How to submit feedback about the leads you receive (desktop & Angi Pro Ads app)

Within each lead you receive, you have the option to rate the quality of the contact using a 1 through 5-star rating. This feedback helps us understand what leads are working well for your company, and also identifies where we can improve to help ensure you’re getting the best leads for your needs. You can easily rate your leads on both the website and in the app.

Angi for Pros site:

  1. At the top of the page, click on the Leads tab.

  2. After opening the lead, click on the star rating you would like to provide for this lead. 1 star is poor quality, while 5 stars is great quality.

  3. If you rate the lead with 4 or less stars, you’ll be asked to provide more information about your rating.

  4. Depending on your response, we’ll suggest updates you can make to your account.

  5. If you suspect that a lead is spam, choose the Potential spam option. Our team will investigate the lead and prevent the member from matching with you again if we identify suspicious activity.   6. If you had a great experience with a lead, please rate it with 5 stars. Positive feedback helps us send you more high quality leads.


Angi Pro Ads app:

  1. Go to your Leads tab.

  2. Select the lead you want to rate. Tap on the Rate lead quality option below the lead details. 1 star is poor quality, while 5 stars is great quality.

  3. If you rate the lead quality with 4 stars or less, you’ll be asked to provide more information about your rating.

  4. Depending on your response, we’ll suggest updates you can make to your account.

If you wish to change your lead quality rating at any time, you can select the Edit lead rating option in the lead details.
