How to Rate Your Leads

What to do if you want to submit feedback about the leads you've received (desktop & Angi app)

Angi for Pros site:

  1. Choose the lead you would like to rate. In the lower-right corner of the lead box, click on the Star Rating you would like to provide for this lead, from 1-Poor to 5-Great

2. If you rate the lead with 3 or less stars, a dialog box will appear asking you to provide more information on why you've rated the lead so low. Choose the correct reasoning and then you can close out of the rating or you can archive the lead to remove it from your view.

3. Your feedback will go to Angi, and our Product team will continue to use this feedback to track lead quality. Depending on your response, a dialog box may appear with suggestions. For example: If you selected that the lead was out of your service area, the box will have a link to editing your service area.

Angi app:

There are two ways to rate a lead you've received in the Angi app.

Option 1: In the Lead list, select Edit lead quality on the lead you wish to rate.

Option 2: Select the lead you would like to rate. Click the three dots on the top right of the screen to pull up a menu and choose Edit lead quality.

With either option, a pop-up will appear asking you to rate the lead 1 - 5 stars. If you rate the lead with 3 or less stars, a dialog box will appear asking you to provide more information on why you've rated the lead so low. Choose the correct reasoning and then you can close out of the rating or you can archive the lead to remove it from your view.
