Group Name | Display name for the site |
Time Zone | Must remain valid IANA format |
Emergency Name | Site emergency contact name |
Emergency Phone | Site emergency contact number |
Tags | Metadata used for reporting and hierarchy |
Assessment Timeout | Time (in hours) before an in-progress assessment is marked incomplete and the user can no longer complete it |
Assessment Add Note Timeout | Time (in hours) after completion during which notes can still be added |
Assessment Watch Threshold | Time threshold (in hours) that triggers a “yellow” Daily Digest indicator |

🛠️Steps: Edit Group Information
Open Group Management in the ANVL Admin Portal.
Locate the Group you want to update.
Click directly into the editable field.
Enter the updated value.
Select Save.
Verify changes were successful in the Successful Submissions table.
→ Follow the steps in Verify User Update Results & Resolve ErrorsClick Refresh or refresh the browser page.
Confirm changes were successful.
