Primary Role: Workflow Manager
Learning Focus: Apply
Where: Workflow Editor
🧭 Before You Start
You must have the Delete Draft Special Right. With this permission you can delete ANY Draft at the Organization-level.
⚠️ Be careful not to delete someone else's draft
Deleting a draft is immediate and permanent.
Draft deletion affects all users—there is no undo.
If you do not see the delete option, contact your Business Administrator.
💡 Tip: While editing, include your site name or initials in the draft name to avoid confusion—then remove it before publishing so end users see a clean workflow name.
🎯 Why This Matters
Keeping unused drafts can create confusion and increase the risk of publishing the wrong workflow. Deleting drafts helps keep the Editor clean and focused on active work.
