Using the Vault in the ANVL Mobile App

The Vault provides quick access to important documents, links, and reference materials related to your work.

What Is the Vault?

The Vault is a read-only content library used to store job-related resources such as:

  • Training materials

  • Site or facility floor plans

  • OSHA posters and notices

  • PDFs, videos, and web links

  • Company safety or operational reference documents

How to Access the Vault

You can open the Vault in two ways:

  • Tap Vault on the Orientation Screen, or

  • Tap the safe icon in the app navigation

The Vault displays a simple list of available content for your group.

Viewing Vault Content

From the Vault, you can:

  • Open PDFs and documents

  • View images

  • Watch videos

  • Open external links (e.g., OSHA resources)

Content opens directly within the app or in your device’s browser.

Site-Specific Content

Vault content is group- and site-specific.

  • Content may change when you switch sites

  • Each location can have different resources based on local needs

Offline Availability

  • Vault content generally requires an internet connection

  • Most Vault items are not available offline

For offline work, be sure to review needed documents ahead of time.

Managing Vault Content

  • Frontline users can view Vault content only

  • Adding or updating content is managed by administrators in the Manager Dashboard
