Use this report to:

Many organizations review this report on Monday mornings or Friday afternoons.
Filtering the Data
Like other Power BI reports, you can filter by:
Site or group
Workflow
Supervisor
Individual user
Job title
All metrics and visuals update automatically as filters change.
Metrics Included
The Weekly Summary includes the same core metrics as Trending Metrics, such as:
Workflows completed
Engagement percentage
Escalations
Median workflow duration
Strength Score
What’s different is the focus on a single week.
Week-over-Week Comparison
On the right side of the report, you’ll see:
Week-over-week changes
Indicators showing improvement or decline
This helps quickly answer:
“Are we doing better or worse than last week?”
Reviewing Weekly Activity
You can use the charts and tables to:
See which sites were most active
Identify top users completing workflows
Compare performance across roles or teams
You can also:
Switch to a table view for a spreadsheet-style breakdown
Drill down to individual workflows
Click into specific records for more detail
Exporting the Data
To export weekly data:
Use the three-dot menu on any visual
Download results as a CSV or Excel file
Perform additional analysis outside Power BI if needed
