What the Weekly Summary Is Used For

Use this report to:

  • Review activity from the most recent week

  • Compare performance week over week

  • Identify top sites, users, and workflows

  • Spot early trends or gaps in engagement

Many organizations review this report on Monday mornings or Friday afternoons.

Filtering the Data

Like other Power BI reports, you can filter by:

  • Site or group

  • Workflow

  • Supervisor

  • Individual user

  • Job title

All metrics and visuals update automatically as filters change.

Metrics Included

The Weekly Summary includes the same core metrics as Trending Metrics, such as:

  • Workflows completed

  • Engagement percentage

  • Escalations

  • Median workflow duration

  • Strength Score

What’s different is the focus on a single week.

Week-over-Week Comparison

On the right side of the report, you’ll see:

  • Week-over-week changes

  • Indicators showing improvement or decline

This helps quickly answer:

“Are we doing better or worse than last week?”

Reviewing Weekly Activity

You can use the charts and tables to:

  • See which sites were most active

  • Identify top users completing workflows

  • Compare performance across roles or teams

You can also:

  • Switch to a table view for a spreadsheet-style breakdown

  • Drill down to individual workflows

  • Click into specific records for more detail

Exporting the Data

To export weekly data:

  • Use the three-dot menu on any visual

  • Download results as a CSV or Excel file

  • Perform additional analysis outside Power BI if needed

In Summary

The Weekly Summary report is best for:

  • Regular, lightweight reporting

  • Tracking short-term engagement

  • Comparing week-to-week performance

  • Supporting supervisor and site-level review

It complements the Trending Metrics report by focusing on what happened this week.
