Answer

The Weekly Summary report gives a quick snapshot of ANVL activity for a single week. It is best used for short-term review, such as weekly check-ins, supervisor follow-up, and site or team performance review.

Use this report when you want to:

  • see what happened this week

  • compare results to the previous week

  • identify top sites, users, and workflows

  • spot early changes in engagement, activity, or performance

This report complements Trending Metrics. Trending Metrics is better for longer-term trend analysis, while Weekly Summary is focused on one week at a time.

Steps

  1. Open the ANVL Power BI reports.

  2. Open the Weekly Summary page.

  3. Apply filters as needed, such as:

    • Group / site

    • Workflow

    • Supervisor

    • User

    • Job Title

  4. Review the weekly summary metrics.
The report includes the same core metrics used in Trending Metrics, such as:

    • Workflows Completed

    • Engagement Percentage

    • Escalations

    • Median Workflow Duration

    • Strength Score

  5. Focus on the weekly view.
The main difference from Trending Metrics is that Weekly Summary is focused on a single week instead of a broader trend period.

  6. Review the week-over-week comparison.
    On the report, review:

    • the change from the previous week

    • indicators showing improvement or decline

    Use this to answer:

    • Are we doing better or worse than last week?

    • Did activity go up or down?

    • Did engagement improve or decline?

  7. Review weekly activity by site, user, or workflow.
Use the charts and tables to:

    • identify the most active sites

    • see which users completed the most workflows

    • compare activity across roles or teams

    • look for drops or gaps in engagement

  8. Drill into the data if needed.
    You can:

    • switch to table view for a spreadsheet-style breakdown

    • drill down to individual workflows

    • click into records for more detail

  9. Export data if needed.

    • Use the three-dot menu on a visual

    • Export the data to CSV or Excel

  10. Use this report for regular review rhythms.
This report is especially useful for:

    • Monday morning reviews

    • Friday wrap-ups

    • weekly operational reviews

    • supervisor accountability check-ins

Additional Details

  • All visuals update automatically when filters change.

  • This report is best for short-term performance review, not long-term trend analysis.

  • For broader time-based analysis, use Trending Metrics instead.

  • For site-specific day-to-day monitoring, use the Live Feed in ANVL Insights.
