This report expands on the Workflow Drilldown available in the Manager Dashboard by adding organization-wide aggregation and advanced filtering.
What This Report Is Used For
Use the Workflow Drill Down report to:
Analyze how specific questions are answered across all sites
Compare responses across workflows, sites, or teams
Identify patterns in yes/no, checklist, and button-based questions
Investigate high-risk responses at scale
This report focuses on structured (binary) data, not open text.
How the Report Works
The report aggregates:
Yes / No questions
Checklist selections
Button and option-based responses
Across:
All workflows
All sites and groups
All users with data captured
This allows you to ask questions like:
“How are people responding to this question across the organization?”
Using Question Tags (Important)
This report relies heavily on question tags.
Only questions with matching tags are aggregated together
Tags allow similar questions across different workflows to roll up into one view
If data appears missing, it’s often because:
The question was not tagged, or
Different tags were used across workflows
Filtering & Drilling Down
You can filter by:
Question tag (e.g., Electrical Safety, Energy Control)
Workflow category
Site or group
Supervisor or employee
Job title
As you filter, the report updates to show:
Total responses
Distribution of answers
Counts of stops or escalations
Individual response details
Viewing Individual Responses
From the aggregated view, you can:
Drill into specific users
See how many times each response occurred
Identify where stop-work or escalation responses were selected
This makes it easy to move from trend → detail → action.
Best Practices
Ensure similar questions share the same question tag
Use this report alongside Escalations & Actions
Filter by workflow type to reduce noise
Investigate stop-work responses first
In Summary
The Workflow Drill Down report helps you:
See how key questions are answered at scale
Compare responses across sites and teams
Identify inconsistencies or risk patterns
Validate program effectiveness
