How do I create a Team?

Build a cohort of users for your Group

Use Teams in ANVL Insights to create a reusable group of people for team-based assignments. This is useful when the same workflows need to be assigned to the same group repeatedly.


Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Users.

  3. Select Teams.

  4. Select Add Team.

  5. Enter the Team Name.

  6. Select the users you want to include in the team.

  7. Save the team.

Additional Details

  • Teams can be reused for future assignments and assignment schedules.

  • To update a team, open Teams, select the team, and choose Modify.

  • If a team is no longer needed, it can be deactivated.
