Purpose
Inactivate a user to remove their access to ANVL while retaining their historical data.
When to Use This
An employee leaves the organization
A contractor no longer requires access
A user should no longer log in to ANVL
Prerequisites
You have Site-Level Admin permissions
The user account already exists
Steps to Inactivate a User
Go to the Users tab in ANVL Manager.
Use the search bar to find the user(s).
Select the checkbox to the left of each user’s name to inactivate.
Click Modify and select Inactivate User.
Select Agree to confirm.
Result:
The user’s name will appear light gray, indicating the account is inactive.
Important Notes
Some users cannot be inactivated immediately due to Supervisor status.
