If the camera crashes while you are adding photos to a workflow on an iPhone or iPad, make sure your device is up to date, restart the device, and confirm ANVL has permission to use the camera. If the issue continues, close and reopen the app and test photo capture again in a new workflow.
Steps
Open Settings.
Go to General > Software Update.
Install any available iOS or iPadOS updates.
Fully power down your device and turn it back on.
Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.
Confirm camera access is enabled for ANVL.
If needed, close the ANVL app completely and reopen it.
Test photo capture again in a new workflow.
