Reasons that block both options
Your account has been sent to debt collection, or is in the process of being sent. The options become available again once this is resolved. Please contact us so we can look at your situation together.
You have an unpaid fee on your account. Any unpaid fee, including a partially unpaid one, blocks both options. They become available once all fees are paid. We cannot show a date for this, because it depends on when you pay.
A reminder fee (rykkergebyr) has been added to your account within the last 90 days. This applies whether or not you have since paid it. You will be eligible again 90 days after the fee was added, and the date is shown on screen.
Your payment is overdue. Once the overdue amount is settled and the flag is cleared, the options become available again.
One thing worth clarifying
A recent reminder fee blocks you from changing an existing payment plan for 90 days. It does not stop you from shopping with Anyday. These are two separate things, and paying the fee does not shorten the 90 days.
Reasons that block pushing only
You pushed recently. At least 3 calendar months must pass between pushes. If you pushed in June, the earliest you can push again is 1 September. The exact date is shown on screen.
You have already pushed twice in the last 12 months. This is a hard limit. You become eligible again 12 months after the earlier of the two pushes, and the date is shown.
Your remaining balance is under 100 kr. Your balance is too small to push. This becomes available again if your balance increases.
Reasons that block changing your monthly amount only
You changed your amount recently. At least 2 calendar months must pass between changes. The date is shown on screen.
There is no room to lower your payment. Your new amount has to be at least 100 kr lower than your current payment, and at least 100 kr in itself. If those two rules leave no valid amount, this option is not available. This is common when your remaining balance is under roughly 2.000 kr.
Why doesn't paying early help?
The waiting periods are counted in calendar months, not in the number of payments you have made. Paying two instalments early does not bring your eligibility date forward. You become eligible on the date shown, whatever you pay in the meantime.
"Amount not available"
If you see this after choosing your new monthly amount, your balance most likely changed between opening the flow and confirming it. Start the flow again and the available range will be recalculated.
"Payment changes not available" with no reason given
Sometimes this screen appears because we could not check your eligibility, rather than because you are actually blocked. If no specific reason is shown, please close the app, open it again, and try once more. If you still see the same screen, contact us and we will check for you.
"Something went wrong"
This means a technical error, not a problem with your account. It is safe to try again, and you will not be charged twice or end up with two agreements. If it keeps happening, contact us so we can investigate.
"Currently processing, try again in a few seconds"
Your request is already being processed. Wait a few seconds and try again rather than tapping repeatedly.
