Once a purchase is confirmed, the payment plan is locked in. However, you always have the option to pay off the full amount early without any additional fees.
In special cases, we can adjust your payment plan in two ways:
Distribute the payments evenly over the remaining months.
Lower the installment in a given month. (We can not offer payment-free months)
Important: We can offer adjustments to a payment plan up to two times within a 12-month period. If your current plan has already been adjusted, we’ll be able to make a new adjustment once the existing plan has been completed.
