Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made. Once the store has approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase. It may take up to 1-3 business days for the money to appear in your account.
If you are returning only part of the order, the refund will first cover any unpaid installments, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment card.
Note: The store has up to 14 days to process the refund after receiving the returned item.
