Follow this step-by-step guide to diagnose and replace the sensor:
Preparation:
Shut off the Hydropack completely
Drain the internal water tank
Gather necessary tools: hex key, small scissors
Disassembly Steps:
Open the main panel and check motherboard wire connections
Remove the bottom back panel to access the internal tank
Unfasten the two screws holding the machine tank in place on the back side of the internal tank
Unfasten the two screws holding the machine tank in place on the front side of the internal tank
Remove piping and c-clamps from the tank pipings
Cut zip ties connecting machine and sensor wiring
Sensor Replacement:
Pull out the internal tank
Unscrew the nut holding the water level sensor
Carefully remove the old sensor
Insert the new sensor, threading wires one at a time
Secure the new sensor with the top nut
Reconnect the three wires to their corresponding locations
Reassembly:
Secure the internal tank lid
Replace tubing and c-clamps
Fasten the internal tank back in place
Reconnect the unfiltered water outlet
Turn on the Hydropack and verify the error is resolved
