You can target your survey to appear only on mobile devices or only on desktop by configuring the device type setting in the delivery options.
Steps
Open your survey in the Asklayer dashboard.
Go to the Delivery tab and enable the Site widget toggle.
If the site widget toggle doesn't appear, click "More delivery channels."
Under User targeting, find the Device type setting.
Select Mobile or Desktop.
Save your settings.
Note: Device type targeting only applies to widgets (popups). Dedicated page surveys and email surveys remain accessible from all devices regardless of this setting.
