How to cancel your subscription or request a refund.

If you're looking to cancel or get your money back, we'll walk you through exactly how to do it.

Canceling your subscription

The cancellation process depends on your plan.

If you're on Plus or Business:

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Click on Billing & Plans

  3. Select Cancel Subscription

  4. Follow the prompts (you'll be redirected to book a short call with our team to complete the cancellation)

We do this because a lot of the time, there's something we can fix or adjust before you go. It takes less than 10 minutes.

If you're on Core or another plan:

  1. Click the workspace icon in the top left corner of your screen

  2. Go to Current Plan

  3. Click Cancel plan

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

Can't see "Current Plan"? Only workspace admins have access to billing and cancellation. If that option isn't showing up, you're likely not the admin on this account. Reach out to whoever set up the workspace and ask them to make the change.


Requesting a refund

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The most common situations we approve:

  • You were charged after already canceling

  • You were billed twice for the same period

To request a refund, just message us through the chat on the bottom right of the screen. Include:

  • Your account email

  • The date you were charged

  • A brief explanation of what happened

We usually respond within 1 business day.
