Start with Atria's free plan

There isn't a trial to set up any more — and that's the good news. You don't need a credit card to start using Atria, and nothing you sign up for expires. Let us explain what changed, because the old seven-day-trial model is still what most people arrive

Atria has a free plan, not a free trial

Since June 2026 every new workspace lands on the free plan. It's permanent. It doesn't run out, it doesn't quietly convert into a paid subscription, and we don't ask for a card at signup.

The distinction that actually matters is this: the free plan is limited rather than time-boxed. You won't get locked out halfway through evaluating us because a countdown finished on a Friday afternoon. You'll simply hit a ceiling on how much you can do — and at that point you'll know whether Atria is worth paying for, which is the decision you were trying to make anyway.

We much prefer it this way round. Working out whether a tool fits your team shouldn't be a race.

How to start

  1. Go to tryatria.com and sign up. Any valid email address works — business or personal, we don't mind which.

  2. Connect an ad account so you're looking at your own numbers rather than a demo dataset. How to connect your ad account walks you through it.

  3. Follow a few brands you actually compete with, so Inspo fills up with something useful.

Your free workspace includes an allowance of AI credits so you can try the generative features properly. Understand and manage AI credits explains how they're spent.

What you get on the free plan

Enough to evaluate Atria properly on your own data: one ad account, one brand, the core of the product to explore, and a starter allowance of AI credits so you can try the generative features for real. It's sized for one person sizing us up — not for running a team or several clients on.

We're deliberately not putting the exact limits — the credit allowance, the ad-spend ceiling — in here, because they move, and a help article is the last place you'd want to find out they'd changed.

If you're assessing Atria for an agency or several brands, talk to us early rather than judge us on a workspace that's smaller than your actual problem — we'd rather set you up on something that reflects what you're really trying to do.

Can I trial a paid plan?

Yes, and it's a conversation rather than a button. We set trials of a paid plan up on request, case by case — so email us at support@tryatria.com, tell us which plan and what you specifically want to test, and we'll sort it.

Our advice: start on the free plan first anyway. Get your ad account connected and your brands followed, then ask for the trial once you know which paid features you actually want to put through their paces. A trial you spend on setup isn't a trial.

Choosing, changing or cancelling a plan

Choose your Atria plan is the guide we'd point you at before you buy anything — it walks through the questions in the order we'd ask them on a call. To change or cancel later, see How to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Both directions are easy, and you're not locked into anything.

"I was charged and I didn't expect to be"

That shouldn't happen on the free plan — there's no card on file to charge. If you're on a paid plan and something looks wrong, don't sit on it: message us with your account email, the date of the charge and what you were expecting, and we'll review it. How to cancel your subscription or request a refund has the detail.

If you're evaluating Atria and want a second opinion on whether it'll do what you need, just shout — we'd genuinely rather tell you honestly than have you find out in month two.
