Start here:
Hard refresh the page - Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac). If that doesn't work, close the tab and navigate back manually: Analytics & Launch β your ad account β Radar.
Reduce your date range - This is the most common fix. Loading 90 days of data across hundreds of ads can time out. Start with the last 7 or 14 days and expand once it loads. Accounts with very high ad volumes can take up to 30 seconds, wait before refreshing again.
Switch tabs inside Radar - If the main view crashes, try opening the Winners or High Potential tab first. They load fewer ads and are less likely to time out.
If that didn't fix it
Clear your browser cache - Go to your browser settings, clear cached images, files, and cookies, then reload app.tryatria.com.
Check your ad account connection - Go to Settings > Ad Accounts and confirm your account shows as Connected. If it shows an error or is disconnected, click Reconnect and re-authorize through Meta.
Test in incognito mode - Open an incognito window and log into Atria. If Radar loads there but not normally, a browser extension, ad blocker, VPN, or privacy tool, is likely interfering. Disable extensions and try again.
Check your device - Radar renders a lot of visual data. If your device is running low on memory, it can freeze. Close unused tabs and heavy apps like Figma or Slack desktop, then try again.
Still not loading? Try these
Disconnect and reconnect your ad account - Go to Settings > Ad Accounts, disconnect the affected account, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect and re-authorize. Give it a few minutes to sync before opening Radar again.
Re-authorize Meta permissions - Sometimes Meta quietly revokes permissions, which breaks Radar's ability to read your data. Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations, find Atria, remove it, then reconnect your ad account from inside Atria.

FAQ
"Does Radar crashing affect my live campaigns?" No. Radar is read-only, it never touches, pauses, or modifies your campaigns. The crash is only on the display side.
"Will I lose my data if I disconnect and reconnect?" No. Your historical grades and recommendations are regenerated automatically after reconnection.
"Why does Radar work for one ad account but not another?" The second account likely has a connection issue, missing permissions, or too many creatives loading at once. Reconnect that account specifically and try a shorter date range.
