How sync works
Atria doesn't pull data in real time. Syncs run on a daily cycle, and the first sync after connecting an ad account can take several hours to complete.
You'll receive an email when your first sync is done. If you just connected your account, this is normal β give it time before assuming something is broken.
Why are some ads missing?
If specific ads aren't showing up, it's usually one of these two reasons:
The brand wasn't followed before the ad stopped running. Atria can only sync ads that are currently visible in Meta's Ad Library. Older or inactive ads may no longer be available to pull.
Meta restricts certain ads. Age-gated or restricted ads can't be synced into Atria due to Meta's API limitations. This isn't something we can override.
What to do
If you just followed a brand, wait up to 24 hours for the next daily update cycle to run.
If it's been 24+ hours and nothing has appeared, check your Meta permissions. Go to Settings > My Connections and reauthorize your Meta account.
Important: When reauthorizing, choose "Edit previous settings" β not Reconnect. This keeps your existing permissions intact instead of resetting them.
Still not syncing after 24 hours?
Reach out through the chat with your account email and the brand or ad account you're having trouble with. We'll take a look.
