Before you get started
You'll first need to obtain your Client Partner Key and Secret Key for your Tixr Group
To obtain the Client Partner Key and Secret Key, go into your Tixr account, click on System Tools > Client Partners > Create New, generate the two keys and make up an account name, then hit save.
OR contact your Tixr Customer success manager to obtain these for your account. *These credentials will be required below*
Connect Tixr to Audience Republic
Go to Account Settings > Integrations
Find the Tixr Integration in the list and click Connect
Fill in your Client Partner Key and Secret Key provided by Tixr

To do a manual sync, head over to the Tixr integration ‘Manage’ page. The ‘Connect’ button above will change to ‘Manage’ upon successful connection of an integration.

Data discrepancies
Please note that the total sales for each event may appear different in your Audience Republic account as the sync can often include the total ticket sales with service fees and taxes, whereas Tixr only includes the Order sale. The percentage of orders synced for Tixr is an average of 90%
The difference between ticket numbers (QTY) and our code
According to our code, we retrieve only those orders that have a 'COMPLETE' status from Tixr, so it excludes refunds.
When you add this filter to the TIXR dashboard while viewing orders and tickets, the ticket orders (QTY) will match more closely for all events.
Please login to your TIXR account and follow the guide below to compare ticket orders:
In the sidebar, under Audience, click Records
Select Orders
Apply filter: "Order status: Complete"
