🗓️ Rescheduling a Booking
Go to Avaana (avaana.com.au). Navigate to Provider Log In, then enter your registered email address and password to access your account.
Go to Bookings > WorkCover Bookings in the left-hand menu.
Locate and select the relevant claimant booking.
Click the orange Reschedule button.
A calendar pop-up will appear — select a new date and time.
Once chosen, click Confirm Rescheduled Time at the bottom.
Note: The claimant will automatically receive a notification of the rescheduled booking details. The new appointment time and date will also automatically sync to your Practice Management Software or Google Calendar, depending on your integration with Avaana.
❌ Cancelling a Booking
Go to Avaana (avaana.com.au). Navigate to Provider Log In, then enter your registered email address and password to access your account.
Go to Bookings > WorkCover Bookings in the left-hand menu.
Locate and select the relevant claimant booking.
Click the red Cancel button.
In the pop-up, select a cancellation reason from the dropdown menu (e.g. personal emergency).
Once a reason is chosen, click Cancel.
✅ The bookings you have cancelled will appear like this on your WorkCover Bookings main page.
