Can Claimants Book, Reschedule, or Cancel Appointments on Their Own?

Claimants are only able to self-book their initial appointment and select an available time through their booking portal.

At this time, claimants cannot self-service any changes to existing appointments, including:

  • Booking follow-up appointments

  • Rescheduling appointments

  • Cancelling subsequent appointments

For any of the above requests, the claimant must contact your business directly so your team can make the changes on their behalf.

What Your Team Can Do

Users within your Avaana account can:

  • Create follow-up appointments

  • Reschedule existing bookings

  • Cancel appointments

  • Assign or change practitioners with claimant permission
