How to Review Emails Sent to Your Customers

Easily check which emails have been sent and to whom.

This feature is particularly useful for verifying notifications if you've updated times and locations, waiting list alerts, notes and auto emails, reviews, or general new booking emails. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you review these emails:

  1. Navigate to the 'Notifications' section within your dashboard.

  2. Select 'Dispatch Center'

  3. In the 'Dispatch Center,' you'll see a detailed list of all sent emails, including who they were sent to and when.

You can use the filter in the Dispatch Center to search emails by type, recipient email, or trigger.
