If a customer needs a refund for a booking, Baluu makes it quick and simple to process it directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to issue either a full or partial refund.
Go to the Customers section
Search for the customer and click on their name.Go to Purchases
You’ll see a list of all purchases made by that customer.Click View Purchase
Select the specific purchase you want to refund.Select the Payments tab
Click the three-dot settings icon
From there, you’ll be able to Issue a Refund.
After you issue a refund, you can check whether it went through by viewing it in Stripe. From the Payments tab, you can click on 'View on Stripe' to be taken directly to the Stripe page, where you can see the full payment and refund details.
