Using your bundle is simple — there are two ways you can book sessions using your bundle credits.
Option 1: Via your confirmation email
After purchasing a bundle, you’ll receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
Open the email and click Manage Your bundle
This will take you to your personalised booking page
Click Book Now on the event you wish to attend
You will then be taken to the normal booking process.
Choose your date, tickets, add-ons, and any other options
At the payment step, make sure you select Pay with Bundle and then select a bundle
If this option is unavailable, please log in using the same email address used to purchase the bundle.
No password is needed
Enter your email address and you’ll receive a one-time authentication code
Once logged in, your bundle will become available to use.
You can also log in first and then follow the normal booking process.
Option 2: Via log in
Go to the booking page
Click Log in in the top right corner
Enter the email you used for your booking
You’ll receive a one-time code (no password or registration needed)
Then go to either the Timetable or Events page and proceed with the normal booking process. At the payment step, make sure you select Pay with Bundle.
Good to know: You can use your bundle credits to book for friends or guests too.
