How to Manually Add a Booking Using a Customer’s Bundle or Membership

If you’d like to add a booking on behalf of a customer and use their existing bundle or membership as the payment method, it’s quick and simple to do.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to your Calendar

  2. Click “Add booking”

  3. Select the listing you want to add the booking to

  4. Choose the relevant session

  5. Search for and select the customer

  6. Click Continue

  7. Select the ticket(s)

  8. Under payment method, choose Bundle

  9. Click Continue

  10. Choose which email notifications to send to the customer

  11. Confirm the information before creating the attendee and click 'Create Attendee'

As long as the customer has an active bundle or membership linked to that service, it will be available to select during the payment step.
