There are two ways you can collect deposits on Baluu.
The first is through our Private Payments system, which can be used to manually invoice and collect instalments. You can read more about this here.
The second way allows you to use Baluu to collect a deposit automatically, but for the rest of the payment, you would then have to invoice or collect it at the event.
When setting up an event on Baluu, set the price of the Standard ticket to the price of the deposit you want to collect.
Customers who book this event will then have automatically paid for the deposit for your event.
Then you can either use the private payments system above to collect the rest of the payment, or if you take payments at the event, do that.
