When you sign up to Baluu, you’ll land on your main dashboard. You get a pop up helping you to understand how Baluu works so you can start accepting bookings as quickly as possible.

This is your home base. You’ll see onboarding steps to help you launch quickly, including:

Listings

Create and manage your events, classes, or services.


Add new face to face or online events, update details, adjust availability, and publish listings for customers to book.

Bundles

Use Bundles to:

  • See who booked a bundle with you

  • Create bundle templates (useful if you offer packages like “5 classes for £X”)

Manage settings such as:

AI Chatbot (Beta)

AI WhatsApp Chatbot — Beta Program

This feature is currently in closed beta.

It allows customers to:

  • Book classes

  • Check availability

  • Manage bookings
    …all via WhatsApp, using natural language.

Embeds

Use this section to share Baluu externally or add it to your existing website.

Sharing Links - Share your Baluu hosted booking page links with customers so they can easily view and book your events or services.

Components - Integrate Baluu into your existing platform using web components.

Settings – Configure global settings that apply to all web components.
Customise colours and styling for all embedded widgets, with changes applied automatically across all widgets.
You can also set up Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other conversion tracking for your web components, including a zero-code option.

People

Manage your customer and team information.

Customers In the Customers section, you can see all your customer information, including their booked sessions, payments, and other activity. You can also add contacts manually, download a CSV file with all customer data, edit customer details, delete customers, add notes, and manage customer records easily in one place.

Website

If you don’t have an external website, you can build a Baluu website here.

Pages

Create and manage pages, including:

  • Images

  • Descriptions

  • Colours and layout

Branding

Upload your logo and customize the favicon that will be used across the whole site

Navigation

Show navigation bar on your widget and choose where to send people from links in your navigation bar

SEO

Add:

  • Meta title

  • Meta description
    …to help your site show up in search engines.

Analytics

Add tracking code (head and body), such as Google Tag Manager.

Please note: Baluu can’t validate the code added here. Incorrect code may break your site, slow it down, or cause security risks. Test carefully, and contact us if you need help.

Social

Add your social profiles to your widget and website.

Notifications

Control the messages customers receive from Baluu.

Dispatch Centre

See all messages that have been sent to customers, and:

  • Manage

  • Resend if needed

Monthly Financial Report

The Monthly Financial Report provides an overview of your business performance and income, including bookings, attendees, products, and total sales. You can filter the report by year, month, sales date, or service date, as well as by tutors to focus on specific data. The report can also be downloaded as a CSV file for further analysis or accounting purposes.

Booking List

The Booking List allows you to view all your booking records in one place, including their statuses. You can use filters to quickly find specific bookings and download the data as a CSV file for reporting or further analysis.

VAT Reporting

VAT Reporting allows you to download VAT-related data in CSV format, which can be opened in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. You can choose between different report types, including the VAT Report (all sales and purchases, including refunds, discounts, and cancellations), Paid Sales (sales already paid out to your bank account), and Sales to Pay (sales that will be paid out in the future or are cancelled), giving you a clear overview of your financial activity.

Business

Manage payments, subscriptions, and business settings.

Stripe

Connect your Stripe account to accept payments.

Billing

Manage your subscription and add-ons such as:

  • Custom Email Domain

  • Custom Domain

Business Settings

Update key business information including:

  • Basic information and contact details

  • Location & address (for invoices and communications)

  • Financial settings (currency, timezone, country, tax)

  • Business profile image

  • Checkout settings (basket and payment options)
