Go to your timetable and select the session where the customer is currently booked.
Click the three-dot settings next to the customer’s booking and select Reschedule.
Select Reschedule to a different active listing and click Next.
Choose the new listing, scroll down above all events, and click Next.
Select the desired date and time, then click Next.
If you wish, add a message to the customer, then select Confirm Booking.
That’s it!
