Booking confirmation email - "Your booking confirmation for [Your listing name]"
This email can be edited in your event management screen, under Notes & Auto-Emails > Pre-event email. It gives your customer all the essential information for the class, including price, date, location, and tutor. It also allows the customer to manage their booking. It is sent directly after booking is confirmed.
Reminder emails - "It's almost time for [Your listing name]"
This email is sent three days before the event takes place, and contains the same information as the confirmation email.
Post event email - "Leave a review for [Your listing name]"
This email asks the customer to review your business and is sent the day after the event takes place. One more is sent 5 days after the event also. You can edit this email in your event management screen, under Notes & Auto-Emails > Post-event email.
