Can I reduce a customer's bundle?

Advice for reducing a customer's bundle, as they've cancelled a session, but you don't want them to redeem it again.

Written by Vitor Goncalves

By default, when you cancel an individual session on a customer's bundle - and the bundle link is still valid - the cancelled session is transferred back to their bundle booking link, so they can pick a different time.

However, it may be the case that you'd not like the customer to do that - let's say they'd like to redeem that session equivalent on a different listing with you. We've created a way for you to action this. It's called 'reducing' the customer's bundle.

This means that when you've cancelled a customer's bundle session, you can then edit their total number of sessions down to the number they currently have booked in, so that they can't use the bundle booking link to redeem the cancelled session.

How to Reduce a Customer's Bundle

  1. Go to Services > Bundles.

  2. Find the customer and click on their Bundle ID.

  3. This will open the Bundle Overview page.

  4. Click Options and select Edit Sessions.

  5. Reduce the number of sessions remaining on the bundle as required.

From the same page, you can also:

  • Change the bundle status from Enabled to Disabled.

  • Edit the bundle's expiration date.
