How to sign up for Besty?

How to connect your Cloudbeds account with Besty?

  1. Go to app.getbesty.ai/signup, enter the information your would like to make an account with and submit

  2. Select Cloudbeds as your PMS and click "Connect with Cloudbeds"

  3. Follow the steps on Cloudbeds until redirected back to Besty


How to disconnect Cloudbeds from Besty

  • Please follow the instructions here: How to disconnect an app from Cloudbeds PMS

  • Once disconnected, Besty will immediately stop pulling new reservation data and syncing messages from Cloudbeds

  • If you would like support with deactivating or deletion of your Besty account please reach out to us over Intercom chat, or directly to your account manager over email
