Clicking any task from anywhere in the Operations Portal opens a detail view. Here is what you'll find inside.
Left side
Description
Status — To Do, In Progress, or Completed
Department
Priority
Due Date & Time
Listing
Reservation — auto-linked guest name and booking ID
Estimated Duration
Assignment — with a Manage Assignment button
Tags
Summary
Attachments
Right-side tabs
Requirements — the live checklist for this task. Each item shows its completion status and has photo upload capability.
Line Items — supplies and labor charges entered during or after the task.
Comments — an internal team communication thread for this specific task.
History — a full audit log of every change made to the task, including who created it and all status changes.
Bottom buttons
Delete Task, Start Task, Cancel, and Save Changes.
