What is in the Task Detail view?

Clicking any task from anywhere in the Operations Portal opens a detail view. Here is what you'll find inside.

Left side

  • Description

  • Status — To Do, In Progress, or Completed

  • Department

  • Priority

  • Due Date & Time

  • Listing

  • Reservation — auto-linked guest name and booking ID

  • Estimated Duration

  • Assignment — with a Manage Assignment button

  • Tags

  • Summary

  • Attachments

Right-side tabs

  • Requirements — the live checklist for this task. Each item shows its completion status and has photo upload capability.

  • Line Items — supplies and labor charges entered during or after the task.

  • Comments — an internal team communication thread for this specific task.

  • History — a full audit log of every change made to the task, including who created it and all status changes.

Bottom buttons

Delete Task, Start Task, Cancel, and Save Changes.
