How to Request Cancellation

To cancel or deactivate your Besty account, contact our team through one of the following channels:

  • Live chat: Use the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any Besty page

  • Email: Send a message to sam@getbesty.ai

What Happens After You Request Cancellation

Our team will process your cancellation manually. If you're eligible for a refund, it will be issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
