Connecting WhatsApp
To connect your WhatsApp number to Besty:
Go to General Settings in your Besty dashboard
Find and click "Connect WhatsApp"
Follow the on-screen steps to link your number via Meta
Important: One WhatsApp Number Per Account
Meta only allows one WhatsApp Business integration per phone number. If your number is already connected to another WhatsApp account, another CRM, or another integration, you'll need to disconnect it from that service first before connecting it to Besty.
If you're having trouble connecting and believe your number may already be linked elsewhere, contact Meta support to verify and disconnect it, then return to the Besty setup flow.
Does Besty's AI Learn from WhatsApp Messages?
Besty's Autopilot AI does not automatically learn from messages sent through your PMS. The AI draws from your configured Knowledge Base and settings. To improve AI responses, add content directly to your Knowledge Base under each listing.
